A major client, I worked on their bigger projects like their Chatbot and FitQuest as well as their site’s overall UX and UI copy. My work with them helped Rufus Leonard win several awards.
My work included:
First Steps (Campaign): getting people into the gym for the summer.
UX: Error messages, loading messages, CTAs, microcopy and the member’s area.
User’s profile pages: the welcome message in the member’s area.
Getting started: showing members what they can do within their membership.
LIVE IT membership: writing introductory copy for the membership.
Profile building: questionnaire helping the users choose their goals and how they could achieve them.
FitQuest: breaking down complex content to help users understand what FiQuest is and how to use it.
