I worked on two projects for the London Stock Exchange Group (LSEG) – enhancing and developing their Internal Mobility and building a HR Narrative.
Internal mobility
LSEG faced the problem that once their employees got their bonuses they would then leave the group for other companies. They asked us to help promote internal mobility within the group using headlines on LSEG’s online internal portal to show that career growth is possible through internal mobility.
This included creating a content roadmap for HR which showed how these messages and five global themes would best be applied over 12 months across the entire group.
HR narrative
I worked with the strategy team and designers to create a messaging matrix covering key touch points for LSEG employees to highlight their value as they moved through their career within the group.
